Nuisance Noise

When assessing nuisance noise, there are numerous source-pathway-receptor variables that must be considered, including the frequency content of the noise, the local topography, and the sensitivity of the receptor.

Aeon Environmental can carry out nuisance noise monitoring & assessment for noise complaints and provide expert witness services where required. Principal guidance for assessing noise includes BS4142 for industrial and commercial sound and World Health Organisation guidance on community noise and sleep disturbance.
