Poor Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in the workplace or home puts health and safety at risk and can inhibit employee performance and morale. The term “Sick Building Syndrome” (SBS) is often used to describe when building occupants experience acute health and comfort effects that appear to be linked to time spent in a building, but no specific illness or cause can be identified.
Symptoms of poor IAQ can include headache, nausea, mental fatigue, irritated eyes, nose or throat, as well as respiratory issues such as coughs and wheezes.
Aeon Environmental can undertake IAQ testing and SBS assessments for commercial and residential properties, with the specific types of monitoring tailored to suit your individual needs. On completion of monitoring, our consultants will issue a fully interpretive report detailing findings, to help identify the causes and and any required remedial actions.
